Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing our perfume. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your unused product within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange (if applicable), provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@beyondfr.com or 01080777718 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, or if we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Opened or used perfumes due to hygiene reasons.
- Samples or promotional items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
